Alice & Matt were our very first virtual booking – a chat over zoom was enough for them to know Netherbyres was the place they wanted to tie the knot. And luckily they loved it even more when they did eventually get to visit with their little sausage dog Lenny, when they moved to Edinburgh from Oxford last year.
We knew Alice & Matt’s wedding was going to be fun when they asked us to serve up Margaritas for the drinks reception rather than fizz. And their attention to detail and eye for design meant the Peach Wolfe stationery, decor, and flowers by Snapdragon were some of the best we’ve seen.
We may have shed a tear when Alice walked down the aisle to ‘Be my baby’ (as I did 6 years ago!), played by the wonderful Ginny & The Tonic.
And we FINALLY got to feature in one of Celebrant Mo Ackroyd’s famous selfies after she conducted the beautiful ceremony.
