Do you have accommodation available?
We have 9 guest bedrooms but they aren’t available to book directly, our couples have them included in their package and will arrange directly with those staying.
What time is check in?
If you are staying for the full weekend, check in is 3pm on the Friday. If you are staying the day of the wedding only, check in is 11.30am on Saturday.
What time is checkout?
11.30am on Sunday, or if you’re staying an extra night, check out is 11am on Monday.
Is there other local accommodation?
Yes, although they do get booked up quickly, particularly in the Summer. You can see a list of local accommodation options here.
Is there parking available?
There is parking available for staying guests, and a limited amount of parking for outside guests, in the field opposite the house. All cars should be removed by 11.30am on the Sunday, and cars are parked at the owner’s risk.
How close is Eyemouth?
Eyemouth is less than a 10 minute walk from the house.
Should I pre-book a taxi?
Absolutely. We live in a small town and there are limited taxi companies, so if you haven’t pre-booked, you may not get one.

Is the campervan parking available?
Our parking is in a field and so the ground may not be suitable for larger vehicles, especially when wet. No camping in vehicles is permitted. There is a car park in Eyemouth around a 10 min walk from the house that permits camping.
Are children allowed in the bar?
On non-wedding days, under 15s are permitted in the bar until 9pm. On the wedding day, they are allowed in the bar until the end of the wedding.
Is there tea and coffee facilities in the rooms?
No there isn’t in the bedrooms, but there’s facilities in the dining room that staying guests have access to at all times.
Are there hairdryers in the rooms?
Yes.
What toiletries in the rooms?
There is shampoo, shower gel and handwash in all of the rooms.
Are towels provided?
Yes we provide towels, but not dressing gowns.
Is there an iron?
Yes we have a room with an iron, ironing board and steamer that all staying guests can use.
Is the venue wheelchair accessible?
Yes, we have ramp access, a wheelchair accessible guest toilet, and downstairs bedrooms appropriate for wheelchair users.
Is confetti allowed?
Natural confetti is allowed outside only.
Are drones allowed?
Yes they are.
