This has got to be one of our most fun weddings to date. Jenny & Sam wanted to have a big garden party for their wedding day, and luckily the the often unpredictable August weather excelled itself.
The colourful decor was on point thanks to florist and friend of the bride The Petal Shoppe, and the pink theme of the florals and candles was echoed in the bright mismatched bridesmaid’s dresses.
We nearly had a panic pre-ceremony when the marriage schedule went missing, but luckily it was located in the car and after a few minutes delay, the day went off without a hitch.
Jenny & Sam opted for an incredible bamboo dome from Atlas Domes for their three course family style meal delivered by the (YSW Award Winning) team at Jo’s Kitchen.
After the meal, we handed out Baby Guinnesses while the guests danced in the sunshine along to Atomic Brass. What a way to start the evening party, which carried on indoors with DJ Jerry Lyons under our fairy light canopy and pink fringed banners. We don’t think we’ve never seen the dancefloor get so wild and it was taps aff by the end of the night.
And because they didn’t want the party to end there, they stayed an extra night and invited guests back for another day of fun.
Jenny & Sam, thank you so much for letting us be part of it all. We had a blast.
We absolutely love this gallery of images by Loraine Ross who used a mix of digital and analogue film to create those oh so editorial vibes.
