With exclusive use of the house, you can create a day that flows naturally from space to space – relaxed, seamless, and not a whiff of the traditional “all sit down and wait” awkwardness.
Once your date is locked in, we’ll share our helpful planning guides to help make the process as stress-free and enjoyable as possible.
2. Assemble Your Dream-Team of Suppliers
After securing the house, it’s time to gather your wedding squad.
We have a list of recommended suppliers who know Netherbyres like the back of their hand and are all brilliant at their jobs. This means fewer questions, less stress, and full confidence that everything is going to be INCREDIBLE!

- Caterers – probably the biggest decision you’ll make as they play such a vital role in the day and let’s face it, no one wants a dry bit of haggis stuffed chicken!

A few months before the big day we’ll invite you back to the house to chat through your plans, and sample some of our delicious wines.
We’ll help you plan what drinks you’re offering to guests at various points of the day, from the drinks reception to the meal, and give recommendations on quantities for your guest numbers.
Don’t feel you have to be limited to just fizz for the drinks reception, we’ve done all sorts from a Spritz station to a Martini bar and everything in between…. the world is your Oyster.
At that meeting we’ll also go through a rough timeline for the day and answer any burning questions you might have.
5. The Final Countdown (AKA Bringing It All Together)
As the big day approaches, you’ll start pulling all the details into one neat little plan – our wedding schedule. This will include information like:
